With Fitness Passport connecting thousands of employees to more than 1,700 pools, leisure centres and gyms in Australia through workplace wellness initiatives, getting on board is a valuable way to boost visitor numbers and revenue at your leisure facility.

The Jonas Leisure team has almost finalised the process of integrating Fitness Passport with Envibe’s access-scanning functionality, so if you’re currently managing Fitness Passport holders manually, things are about to become far more streamlined.

The upcoming integration will make handling Fitness Passport holders seamless, with Envibe automatically checking eligibility when visitors scan in at your front desk, before granting or denying them access to your facility.

Your staff will love how much easier it makes controlling access, with no more tedious manual processing taking up precious time – giving them more time to connect with your customers.

When new memberships are registered for people on the Fitness Passport scheme, the accounts will be linked and verified in real time, so Envibe will be aware of whether a member’s Fitness Passport status has changed.

The integration will allow all the usual reporting and analytics features you’d expect from Envibe, so you will be able to track Fitness Passport holder usage patterns, identify peak times and understand how corporate wellness members interact with your facility.

Whether you’re already enjoying the bump in visitor numbers by partnering with Fitness Passport or considering joining their extensive network across Australia and New Zealand, this integration will speed up the verification process and save time.

We’re proud to say that our forward-thinking upgrade is one of the first times Fitness Passport has been integrated with a leisure management software system in Australia or New Zealand – yet another example of us leading the pack.

We expect the new Fitness Passport integration will be available in the next Envibe version release, due out in the second half of September 2025.

More Envibe upgrades on the way

Envibe will check the capacity of sessions to ensure space is available when a booking is made online, avoiding the possibility of overbooking.

Customers will be able to view and download any of their past receipts on our Customer Portal. You will also be able to choose a threshold at which receipts will be automatically printed, making it easy to ensure receipts for values of more than of $75 are issued to comply with Australia consumer legislation.

We are dedicated to making sure our leisure management software plays well with third-party apps, devices and systems to help you run your aquatic centre or leisure facility efficiently.

Rest assured it’s always possible to set up a test environment with any new version of Envibe to allow you to give it a dry run before going live and make your team aware of the new functionality so they’re up with the state of play. Upgrading is easy – game on!
