The Fitness Passport corporate health and fitness program provides thousands of employees with access to a wide choice of fitness facilities close to their home or work. More than 1,700 pools, leisure centres and gyms across Australia and New Zealand are now part of the Fitness Passport network.
The new integration means Envibe users can now handle passport holders with the same efficiency they expect from the rest of their facility operations. When passport holders scan in at your facility, Envibe automatically checks their eligibility status and grants or denies access accordingly – the whole process is seamless.
New memberships registered for people with a Fitness Passport are linked to the program and verified in real-time when they enter your facility, meaning Envibe always knows whether a passport holder’s account is active or expired. This allows your staff to focus on delivering exceptional member experiences rather than unnecessary administration.
The integration allows Envibe’s powerful reporting capabilities to analyse and understand how people in the Fitness Passport program interact with your facility, allowing you to track usage patterns and identify peak-demand periods.

What else is new
The October version 908 release includes other practical tweaks designed to streamline your daily operations.
Envibe now checks the capacity of spaces is adequate for the number of people required when they are booked online, avoiding the possibility of running out of room.
Members can now view and download their transaction history through the Customer Portal, reducing admin queries and improving transparency. You can set custom thresholds for automatic receipt printing to ensure compliance with Australian consumer legislation requiring receipts for transactions over $75 to be issued.
