New onboarding training, health checks and support materials have made it easier than ever to switch to Envibe and make the most of the leisure management software’s powerful features.

Jonas Leisure Professional Services Consultant Hannah Donohoe says the new onboarding training is designed to minimise business interruption for new users and ensure they understand and can utilise Envibe’s features from the get-go.

“The biggest benefit is that people will get more value from Envibe because they understand its full power. Whether it’s membership management, payment processing or managing group fitness classes and leagues, this sets them up for a win.”

She says staff at councils and other leisure facility operators that begin using Envibe are introduced to the system via one of two distinct training courses, tailored to their individual needs.

Those who need to configure pricing, courses, bookable spaces and other back-end processes are provided with new and improved ‘Super User Training’, while reception staff and others who need to use the system without configuring anything behind the scenes receive face to face ‘End User Training’.

The new Super User Training experience is provided over a series of weekly workshops, delivered remotely and covering up to eight modules, depending on what a facility requires. These modules are Point of Sale and Inventory Management; Contacts, Membership and Passes; Direct Debit; Bookings; Group Fitness and Kiosks; Triggers and Online; Courses; and Teams

“The workshops are designed to increase exposure, break the content down into bite size pieces and gradually empower users to begin managing their new system,” Ms Donohoe says.

“The format of the workshops includes visual cues and learners are encouraged to learn by doing. At the conclusion of the workshop homework is set to be completed in their own time.”

All training is supported by new training manuals and ‘how to’ Powerpoints, available for existing customers by logging into Canvas (please email us if you do not have a log in). The refreshed manuals are more thorough and easier to understand than previous versions and include Frequently Asked Questions covering common queries.

“When Envibe goes live at a new leisure centre, these materials and our new training ensure users are relaxed and know how to use it.”

Ms Donohoe says Jonas Leisure is also offering free ‘Health Checks’ for existing Envibe users, to help them understand whether they are making the most of Envibe’s features.

Any existing Envibe user that wishes to find out if their facility is making the most of Envibe is invited to contact Dushayant Dhar in Jonas Leisure’s customer support team to request a free Health Check.
