Envibe integrates with a third party provider, Ezidebit, to handle all your direct debit requirements in your facility. It features a comprehensive and easy-to-use- debit management module, and is fully PCI compliant.
Envibe uses Ezidebit as a third party to process direct debit payments. Payments are submitted to Ezidebit to perform the actual banking transaction, and Ezidebit then notifies Envibe of the result.
The Debit Management module houses all the direct debit administration tasks you need to run your facility. These include payment issue reporting, upcoming debit reports, bulk membership credit functions, and so much more!
Envibe does not store any credit card or bank account details. All sensitive account information is stored with Ezidebit. The customer’s payment details are entered into Envibe and then uploaded to EziDebit. Envibe then receives a token with which to ask EziDebit to perform future operations against that account.
