Streamline ticket sales
Online ticket purchases are optimised with no online account creation required – customers can check out as a guest without having to create an online account. Only a mobile phone number and email address are required to send customers’ tickets to their inbox, allowing them to either print them out and scan the bar code at the event or use their mobile device to validate entry. Tickets can also be sold in person over the counter.
Envibe Online synchronisation
Customers can purchase tickets online whenever suits them, reducing the burden on customer-facing staff. Creating tickets with all the required fields is easy and you can set everything up in in advance, so your tickets are good to go when you need them.
Upsell products with ease
Popcorn for movie nights, VIP upgrades or yoga mat hire can all be selected by customers to customise their experience – you choose what to upsell. There’s also the option to add options from Envibe’s Booking Module, such as a cabana hut or birthday party space at your waterpark, or locker hire. Too easy.
SMS message enabled
Select individual customers, groups of customers or all customers as required to issue event updates or alert attendees by text message in the event an event has to be cancelled.
Track attendance
Whether you’re hosting a free or paid event it’s crucial to be aware of how many guests you have onsite. Real-time updates on attendance, enabled by ticket integration with access control devices, are colour-coded to identify capacity at a glance. This makes it a cinch to monitor and maintain health and safety requirements.
