This Envibe add-on allows front desk staff at gyms and leisure centres to farewell paper forms and replace them with a new digital process that makes it quick and easy to sign a member up electronically, on the spot, using any PC or mobile device connected to the internet.
Envibe already empowers new members to sign-up from the comfort of home if your facility has a ‘New Membership’ option setup within its online customer portal. However, that process still requires new members to show ID and complete any necessary contract paperwork upon their first visit before you activate their membership and issue them with an access card or token.
Many facilities also receive in-person membership requests at their front desk, which typically requires the customer to complete a paper form that has to be uploaded into Envibe by reception staff when they can find time to do so.
That’s where Envibe Paperless Sign-up comes in. This add-on provides a time saving and greener solution that enables leisure facilities to load a sign-up form in a web browser on any PC, tablet or smartphone they keep at the front desk.
Once setup, the paperless sign-up form can be used by customers, with the information they enter automatically populating within your Envibe leisure management system. Special in-house only promo deals can be presented and contracts and agreements can be completed electronically, removing the need to upload paper records.
